Audiences will also experience the dazzling Csárdás by Monti, a sonata by the legendary Niccolò Paganini, and Mauro Giuliani’s delightful Duettino Facile. To cap off the afternoon, the musicians will perform Antonio Vivaldi’s celebrated Winter from The Four Seasons, finishing with a strong and energetic conclusion in Movement 1. An encore performance of Stanley Myers’ Cavatina will bring this unforgettable concert to a close.
This concert is free of charge, offering attendees a chance to support the Newman Center’s fundraiser through the purchase of exclusive apparel and Newman Center coffee. With two brief intermissions, this is an afternoon not to be missed for lovers of classical music.
